Lesson 1 Activity: What to Eat

Please check off the following when complete:

  • Print off the Eating Plan Cheat Sheet for your fridge or a visible place in your kitchen
  • Clean out your pantry and cupboards – give away or throw out processed carbs, candy, pop, chips, chocolate, alcohol, granola bars, shakes, bars, rice cakes, and all other processed foods that will tempt you
  • Print off the shopping list
  • Stock up your fridge and kitchen with the right foods and ingredients
  • Read over the FAQs for Lesson 1 to learn more about the nutritional ketogenic eating plan
  • Over the next couple of weeks create a one week meal plan. If you need ideas, use the Meal Ideas resource found in Lesson 1 Resources.
  • Please post your questions about the eating plan. I will address your questions on our Q&A teleclass.
