The Live Disease Free AI Use Policy

In this policy, the “Company” refers to International Wellness Publishing Inc., the “Program” refers to the Live Disease Free Academy Program offered by the Company and the “Service” refers to the LDF Academy Assistant, an AI-powered educational tool designed as an educational supplement to the Program, and the “Participant” refers to you, the student.

 

Purpose of This Policy

The Program includes access to the Service which is an AI-powered educational tool.

The Service is designed to answer Program based questions for the Participant seeking to better understand general concepts, terminology, and educational material related to lifestyle, nutrition, and health topics discussed in the Program—especially between live Q&A sessions.

The Service is provided to the Participant as an educational support resource only and only for the Program.

 

What the Service Can Do

The Participant may only use the Service within the Program.  When used in conjunction with the Program, the Service may:

  • Answer Participant’s Questions about general concepts and terminology
  • Reinforce Program materials for the Participant
  • Guide Participant review of Program topics between live Q&A sessions
  • Provide assistance in Participant’s development of thoughtful questions for future Program Q&A sessions or practitioner discussions.

 

What the Service Does Not Do and Cannot Do

The Service does not and cannot:

  • Be used as an educational substitute for the Program. The Service is a supplementary tool to be used in conjunction with the Program.
  • Provide medical advice
  • Diagnose health conditions
  • Prescribe treatments, medications, or dosages
  • Replace care from licensed healthcare professionals
  • Create a practitioner-patient or healthcare provider relationship.

The Service is not a medical professional and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical care.

 

Important Limitations of the Service

The Service generates responses automatically based on the Program and the associated Live Disease Free knowledge base. While the Service is designed to provide accurate and relevant educational support for the Program, no automated system can guarantee complete accuracy in all circumstances.

Responses from the Service are not reviewed by the Company including Pam Bartha or any other Company staff before being delivered to the Participant.

The Participant is encouraged to treat responses from the Service as educational information to complement — not replace — (a) guidance from the Program, including live Q&A Program sessions and (b) any information received from any qualified healthcare professionals outside of the Program.

If any information provided by the Service doesn’t seem correct or doesn’t match what the Participant learned in the Program, the Participant should notify the Company by emailing all such information to info@livediseasefree.com.

For the most accurate and relevant support from the Service, the Participant must keep Participant’s questions for the Service focused on the Program and the Participant’s journey through the Program.

If the Participant asks the Service Questions outside of the Program’s scope, the Service may not produce answers or may produce answers that don’t reflect the Program’s approach.

 

Your Responsibility as the Participant

The Participant is responsible to ensure that the Participant only asks the Services questions that are within the Program’s scope and to ensure that the Participant does not provide the Participant’s personal, sensitive, highly sensitive or health information to the Service.

The Participant is responsible for how they interpret and apply any information provided through the Program and the Service.

The Participant should not rely on the Service as the basis for making health or medical decisions.

For personal medical guidance, the Participant should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

For urgent or emergency symptoms, the Participant must seek immediate medical attention.

 

Acceptable Use of the Service

Participants agree not to use the Service to:

  • Seek answers to Questions outside of the scope of the Program
  • Seek answers to Questions for any person other than the Participant
  • Provide the Participant’s sensitive, highly sensitive or health information to the Service
  • Seek medical diagnosis
  • Request medication recommendations or dosages
  • Request emergency medical guidance
  • Attempt to generate individualized treatment plans or medical protocols
  • Submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content or Questions to the Services or the Program
  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the operation of the Services or the Program or any of the systems associated with the Services or the Program.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Participant’s access to the Program and Service if this Policy, including these conditions, is violated.

 

Privacy and Third-Party Platforms

The Service operates through third-party platforms and service providers, including Buddy.fm and Telegram, which maintain their own privacy policies and data practices.

 

The Participant should be aware that:

  • Any conversations the Participant has with the Service are not medical conversations or records
  • Messages sent to or through the Service may be processed or stored by third-party platforms
  • Highly sensitive or emergency medical information must not be shared through the Service.

Availability of the Service

The Service is provided as a supplemental feature of the Program.

The Program and Service may be modified, updated, limited, or discontinued at any time.

 

Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The Participant will be notified of any changes by email. Continued use of the Service following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
